Introduction to R Workshop - UChicago BSD 2018

This interactive workshop will cover the basics of R, the Unix shell, and version control using git. The R computing environment is an especially powerful research tool for data exploration, visualization, and statistical analysis. In this workshop, we will cover the basic elements of R through hands-on demonstrations.

It is open to all researchers in the Biological Sciences Division, and is aimed at those with little to no previous programming experience.
